Ellickson Properties
Brand Development & Web Design
Captured professional photos and videos for every property, edited each listing individually, and updated the website with new media. Resulted in a polished, cohesive online presence that elevated the brand.

the process
For Ellickson Properties, I led a full pre- and post-production rebrand across 18 rental units, capturing professional photos, new videos, and drone footage for each property. Working on a tight schedule, I had only a two-day window for each unit while they were vacant, followed by a rapid turnaround to edit media and update the website in time for the next renting season — giving me roughly a two-week total turnaround for the entire project.

Each video was carefully edited in DaVinci Resolve and all photos were processed in Adobe Lightroom, ensuring consistent quality and style. The website was refreshed to match the updated branding, incorporating University of Wisconsin–Madison colors to appeal to the target audience. I also added a map section for each listing, allowing potential tenants to easily see the location of each unit within the city. Fonts and layout were standardized site-wide for a polished, cohesive look.

The result was a fully updated, professional online presence that elevated the brand, improved usability for prospective tenants, and visually showcased every property in a compelling and organized way.
